Inspired by the We Choose All of Us campaign by the Idaho Coalition Against Sexual and Domestic Violence, this year’s conference will explore what it means to choose love, choose democracy, and to choose community. This workshop will focus on discussion of the laws and policies surrounding school discipline, police in schools, and student rights. It will include practical tips for advocates and families of students facing school discipline and juvenile justice involvement, and discussion of efforts to build systemic reform.
