Inspired by the We Choose All of Us campaign by the Idaho Coalition Against Sexual and Domestic Violence, this year’s conference will explore what it means to choose love, choose democracy, and to choose community. Join us to get inspired and learn how to put these big concepts into action in your daily life and work.

Getting Super Savvy: Advanced Solutions for Survivors Experiencing Techology-Enabled Coercive Control (TECC)

Technology can be an important part of a survivor’s safety plan and it can also be a dangerous tool in the hands of an abuser. This module will look at the role of technology in different aspects of survivors’ lives. In this session, we will discuss practical remedies for survivors experiencing TECC while in the relationship, exiting, and beyond. Topics that will be discussed include: electronic communication, social media, use of children’s technology, securing devices, and safe use of technology for dating. We will share additional community and legal resources.
