We Choose Love! We Choose Democracy! We Choose Community!

We are working to create a world where everyone can live and love freely without fear. Inspired by the We Choose All of Us campaign by the Idaho Coalition Against Sexual and Domestic Violence, this year’s conference will explore what it means to choose love, choose democracy, and to choose community. Join us to get inspired and learn how to put these big concepts into action in your daily life and work.

Do you have special hotel rates for conference attendees?

Yes! You can book hotel rooms at per diem rates ($102-$132 per night depending on room choice) at the DoubleTree by Hilton Spokane City Center. To receive these rates, please call (509) 455-9600 and request WSCADV's group rate.

Do you provide scholarships?

We do provide a limited number of scholarships. Scholarships are prioritized for Native people, immigrants and refugees from historically marginalized communities, and people of color who are staff at WSCADV member programs. To apply for a scholarship, please fill out the application here. Scholarships are reviewed on a rolling basis until all spots are filled, so applying early is important.

Are meals provided?

Coffee and tea is provided throughout the day as well as lunch each day and afternoon refreshments. We do our very best to accommodate dietary restrictions that are identified at registration.

I can no longer attend the conference. Can I cancel or transfer my registration? What is your cancellation policy?

You can cancel or change the name on your registration by logging into the Evenbrite account you created upon registering. Full refunds are available up to 7 days before the start of the event. Cancellation requests received less than 7 days before the event are eligible for a 50% refund. Cancellation requests received 48 hours or less before the event are not eligible for a refund.

I have a question, how can I contact WSCADV?
