Kelly Starr has worked in the violence against women movement for over 25 years and has had many different roles at WSCADV: Fatality Review Coordinator, Communications Coordinator, Director of Communications, Managing Director, and is currently the Director of Public Affairs. Prior to coming to WSCADV, Kelly was a community, shelter, and legal advocate at domestic violence programs in both Indiana and Washington, and worked with juvenile sex offenders. She was also a member of the adjunct faculty of Antioch University in Seattle, teaching the class Abusive Relationships as a part of their Masters in Psychology program.
