David Ward is a Senior Staff Attorney at Legal Voice, where his responsibilities include gender-based violence, family law, and LGBTQ issues. Legal Voice is a nonprofit public interest organization that works to advance the legal rights of women and LGBTQ people in the Northwest through impact litigation, legislative and policy advocacy, and education about legal rights. David's prior work experience includes serving as a lobbyist for the Washington State Bar Association, as a staff attorney at the Access to Justice Institute at Seattle University School of Law, and as a law clerk to U.S. District Judge Marsha Pechman. He is a graduate of Yale Law School and Trinity University.
